Everything you buy including food that has already opened, (with the exception of live animals) can be returned or exchanged. All we ask is that you bring the product back to us so that we can either send it back to the manufacturer or donate it to an animal in need.
If an item is defective you will get a refund or replacement, no problem. We do ask that you bring the defective item back to us so that we can send it back to the manufacturer.
If you have a rewards account with us, you do not even necessarily need a receipt, and we can just look up the purchase on our computers. If you do not have a rewards account with us, then we would require a receipt to do a return or exchange.
If it has been over 30 days since you purchased the product you wish to return, you can still get store credit rather than a refund.
If you are not 100% happy with an item you ordered from us online and wish to return or exchange it, no problem!
